Responsibilities This person will be responsible for overall sales administration functions for:Entire Spare Part Order Process Management (OTC)Process and coordinate RMA requestsService Support and Logistics as Back Office FunctionEssential Functions:Order Management, mainly on RMA requests and coordinate refurbishment ordersOverall order process management (SAP & SFDC)Support on Booking and Revenue ReportingAlign with Finance and Selling EntityLogisticsPrepare shipping documentsCoordinate global shipments Qualifications Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Experience in sales operations related jobsMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc)Experience of operating SAP and CRM (SFDC and BESS)Fluency in English; reading/writing and oral communicationEducational Requirements:Bachelor degree in related disciplineMinimum 2 years of relevant working experience
