Working Location: Petaling Jaya (NO work from home)
Responsible for planning and operations of company App & App Push content managementResponsible for driving company APP & App Push performance & segment exploration and optimization with overall business and Ecommerce priorities.Responsible for creating the App content and App Push calendar plan in alignment with company calendar and overall plan.Responsible for creating the daily, weekly monthly and seasonal content plan and strategy to drive business growth and create branding alignment across App Channel.Responsible for optimizing the performance of App and App Notifications to grow App sessions, conversion and sales, and create healthy Monthly Active User growth.Collaborate with other owned and paid channels to drive overall digital presence and business.Weekly and monthly performance analysis and reporting to Marketing managers and EC team.Works closely with local and global Digital Marketing teams to continuously review and improve overall digital landscape.Responsible to stay up to date with key developments in industry-wide digital practices and media.Works closely with the data to run data-backed experiments and find insights from EC and digital to identify consumer and product trends/opportunities to enable overall business growth.Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any related field (Marketing Preferred)Strong proficiency in English (written & verbal) Key RequirementsAt least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field.Has expertise in Google Analytics, CRM, proprietary content management systems.Knowledge in Facebook Manager, TikTok Ads, Search Console, and any other related platform is a plus.Proficiency in landing page optimization to grow engagement and conversions while optimizing ad spend.Possess strong analytical skills and able to leverage data, and metrics to drive actionable insights & recommendations.Ability to communicate digital marketing concepts, strategy, goals, and KPI achievements.Ability to display growth mindset to drive demand generation in digital platforms.Experience in measuring performance, creating dashboards, and drawing insights for further optimization, using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, etc.Self driven and able to drive fresh initiatives to meet business needs.We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified
