Application Support

• Constantly improves App Support SOP and responsible for achieving Level 3 support SLA.
• Responsible to trouble-shoot, rectify, escalate and track Level 3 support until resolution/closure.
• Diligently collaborate with all internal TG departments to achieve smooth optimum operation of all applications/functionalities.
• Constantly review and improvise all support level scope to improve overall IT service delivery.
• Prepare and maintain User Manual, FAQ and UAT Documentation.
• Participate in Pre-SIT/UAT/Trial/Pilot/PoC
• Full cooperation in TG structure and continuous compliance to company-wide policies and procedures.
• Diligently plan, propose and advise Team Lead and Head of IT Ops, necessary improvements of App Support functions to meet current and future needs in-line with IT vision, mission and roadmap.
• Able to lead and guid team members in diagnosing and solving issues.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Might need to traval and support branches if required.
Required Qualifications a) At least Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent 
b) Qualification in other disciplines with experience in ERP/SCM/WMS applications.
