This includes supervising sorting, routing, and delivery processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of packages.-Recruit, train, and manage a team of drivers, couriers, and support staff. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure a motivated and efficient workforce.-Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce delivery times. Improve route planning and make real-time adjustments as needed.-Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time deliveries, delivery accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational costs. -A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is often preferred. Relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.-At least 2 year of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related industry. Previous managerial or supervisory experience is highly desirable.
