Position: Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
-Oversee and manage the sales team in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Klang area, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets.
-Identify and establish new business opportunities. Develop strategic plans for the assigned regions based on market trends, competitor analysis, and sales data.
-Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
-Collaborate with distributors and wholesalers to optimize the distribution network.
-Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper distribution across all retail outlets in these areas. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors in these regions.
-Conduct product training sessions for retailers and partners.
-Organize training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
-Mentor and coach sales representatives, helping them to develop their skills and advance in their careers.
-Forecast sales trends for each region.
-Present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for both regions to upper management. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and devise strategies to address them.
-Ensure all sales activities in both regions comply with company policies.
-Stay informed about changes in tobacco-related legislation in Malaysia and ensure the team's adherence.

-Min with SPM/SPTM/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing or equivalent.
-Min 2 years of working experience in Tobacco industry, sales, and managerial role.
-Required language: English, Malay.
-Knowledge in driving Van (GDL license)
