Art Director (Illustrator) - Team Lead

Responsible for managing design works and creating innovative design that meets business goals.- To conceptualize and execute original and innovative design solutions for merchandise and POSM.- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders and other departments to understand project objectives and deliverables, and brainstorm ideas.- Present and pitch design concepts and proposals to clients and management.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on deadlines and feedback.- Supervise and mentor Junior Designers and foster a culture of creativity and excellence; ensuring high-quality work and professional development.- Research and stay updated on the latest design trends, tools and technologies.- Update and maintain internal databases of design work.**; Requirements**:- Minimum 5-6 years of working experience in Product Design / Graphic Design / Advertising or relevant industry.- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.- Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator.- A keen eye for aesthetics and visual composition.- Creative and pay great attention to details.- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
