Ensuring professional body alignment and alignment to the company's behavioural and technical competency frameworks.This role will include:Co-ordinating all graduate and apprentice training.Creating terms of reference for the company's graduate and apprentice development managers, ensuring process is followed consistently across the Asia business.Working alongside the graduate and apprentice development managers to ensure that all graduates and apprentices have a career plan and are supported in their development.Providing support and guidance to line managers of graduates and apprentices to ensure consistency of experience across the Asia business.Co-ordinating final assessment and completion of graduate and apprentice development programmes and feeding outputs into the operational promotions processDesign and management of periodic programme reviews and end of programme assessmentEstablishing, maintaining and regularly reporting upon agreed KPIs and metricsContinuing to support graduates and apprentices as they roll off of their development programme to provide clear learning pathwaysQualificationsMinimum 5 years of related working experienceExperience in a development role for graduates and/or apprenticesExperience of working with professional bodies and competency frameworksExperience of building and/or developing graduate and apprentice programmesProfessional services experienceExperience working in a complex global businessAdditional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
