Qualifications:
5 years of working experienceBachelor's degree in accounting field or equivalentJob Responsibilities:
Approve or deny credit applications based on established criteria and risk assessment.Monitor and manage the organization's credit portfolio to ensure compliance with credit policies and minimize financial risk.Oversee the collection of outstanding debts, negotiating payment plans and settlements as necessary.Prepare detailed credit reports and maintain accurate records of credit applications and approvals.Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with extending credit to clients.Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to credit and lending.Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated credit management efforts.Provide training and support to junior staff on credit assessment and management procedures.
