Details of the offer

**Responsibilities**:- DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- 1. Responsible for analyzing fiscal matters and preparing, submitting and managing tax statements and returns for businesses and clients.- 2. Supervise the analysis, summarization and maintenance of general ledger accounts and develop the chart of accounts for the entity.- 3. Check the data of sales tax/ input tax/ output tax, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting & other tax requirements.- 4. Oversee the daily operations of the function including review of all payments, processing related to suppliers and maintenance of payment records and fixed asset register- 5. Assist to liaise with external auditors, bankers and third party advisors and support the year-end financial audit, providing audit files where required by the external auditors.- 6. Provide guidance to direct reporting staff in the development, analysis & preparation of reports in line with the established policies and procedures, review accounting reports for accuracy and completeness.- 7. Manage the preparation, verification and maintenance of payroll records & reports to ensure the payroll is processed timely in line with due authorization from authorise signatory.- 8. Oversee and manage monthly payroll administration activities to ensure that all payroll transactions and deduction are properly accounted for.- 9. Able to perform any other assignments related to duties as and when required.**REQUIREMENTS**:- Degree in Accounting,Finance or equivalent- Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field- Matured & high confident level- Meticulous and details working ethics- Work independently with mínimal supervision**Benefits**:- EPF- SOCSO- Annual Leave
