Job Scope: Led and managed a logistic team to achieve department and organizational goals.Manage all international shipments, including planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.Develop relationships with carrier and freight forwarders, negotiating contracts and service-level agreements.Manage import and export processes and ensure compliance with all required government policies and licensing regulations.Must optimize shipment pricing and service quality.Collaborate with inventory control teams to ensure adequate stock level, minimize excess inventory, and support demand forecasting.Enhance the shipment traceability performance, generate reports, and perform data-driven decisions.To key liaison and follow up with government authorities such as Customs, MIDA, MITI, and consignee/forwarding freight agents on customs-related matters. Review monthly import and export reports, customs reports, and bi-monthly import exemption reports for customs, MITI, and MIDA. Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in international logistics.Minimum 2 years of experience in Free Trade Zone/LNW.Experience in supply chain management with U.S. shipments is an added advantage.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in ERP systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate information to colleagues from China.Will need to attend training at HQ - Shanghai for two weeks before onboarding. Applicants must be willing to work in our Factory in Pulau Indah, Selangor.
