Assistant Manager Activation & Retail Marketing

Drivethe execution of marketing activities for the assigned portfolio toachieve growth opportunities, market share and profit objectives inline with the overall commercialpriorities.  Implementbrand activation strategies and retail marketing plans inaccordance with overall brandpositioning. Createimpactful marketing and trade marketing materials such aspoint-of-sale materials, merchandising displays, and salespresentations.  Executeall brand activation initiatives, retail merchandising installationand implementation across all touchpoints.  Buildstrong relationships with product team, sales team and tradepartners to ensure effective execution of channelinitiatives.  Identifychallenges, and propose improvements to enhance customer engagementwith the brand. Track& analyse the effectiveness of current localized events andto work with regional teams on implementation ofimprovements.  Requirement  Degreeor other suitable qualification, preferably in BusinessManagement/Marketing.  Minimum5 years of relevant working experience in marketing, preferablywithin the financial or bankingindustry.  Possessessound Marketing/Trade Marketing/Retail Marketing/Brand Activationknowledge, excellent communication & strong interpersonalskills.  Customercentric marketer with an inquisitive and passionate brandmindset.  Possessanalytical and customer insight skills, including confidence withboth digital tools and traditional touch points across all channelsand platforms.  Proficientin data analysis with ability to interpret and translate customerbehavioral insights into strategicactivities.  Ableto work independently without much supervision, resourceful,innovative and is a team player. Strong attention to detail andself-motivated with a high level of drive, initiative, andcommitment.  Possessgood communication and interpersonal skills to work collaborativelywith cross-functional stakeholders to optimize quality and impactof omni-channel plans andcampaigns.  Prepareto take on other roles and responsibilities whenrequired.
