https://www.home.teleport.asia/ ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a talented and motivated Individual to join our growing team. As a part of the Budgeting and Forecasting team, you will play a crucial role in helping our organizations planning, forecasting and tracking of sales performance. 
Responsibilities:
Stakeholder management & Reporting: Interact with various people/ departments to gather business requirements, work with the BI and Budgeting teams to generate the relevant reports, forecasting and budgets. Business Insights: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving business processes using data analysis.. Process Improvement : Document current and existing process of Budgeting, Forecasting and Sales Performance and work with the relevant stakeholders and Budgeting teams to improve the processes. Industry Knowledge: Build a strong understanding of the markets we operate in and gather insights on competitors to incorporate into planning and forecasting. Sales Performance: Understand and track the key commercial performance levers providing visibility to all commercial teams and senior management on performance and use it to identify opportunities tracking against external market conditions.  SKILLS These are minimum-requirement skills and a 'must-have' for the role: (If any, otherwise you can skip)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Team player with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills Prior experience in Startups, Commercial Functions is preferred but not mandatory. EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Engineering.  Proven experience in strategy and planning. Prior experience in Working across multiple stakeholders (Senior -mid level).
