Assistant Manager, Digital Marketing & Communications

What is your role: Develop digital marketing strategy encompassing content creation, social media management, EDM, and online advertising.Implement social media strategies to enhance engagement, boost brand awareness, and support brand expansion.Utilize advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor, analyze, and interpret campaign or advertisement performance. Support content trends and SEO best practices to maximize visibility and reach.Conduct thorough audience research and execute data-driven segmentation for personalized CRM programs tailored to different target audiences.Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.Write clear, creative, and concise copy for social media posts, ads, blogs, emails, website content, and other marketing materials. Develop original, engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters. Design and manage a detailed content calendar to strategically plan and schedule content across platforms, ensuring consistent.What you need to have : Possess at least a bachelor's degree / post graduate diploma, or professional certification in either Marketing, Communications & Media, Business Management or Information Technology. Required to have experience in brand positioning, consumer / trade trends monitoring. Experience with digital analytic tools, platforms and consumer marketing experience would be an added advantage. Minimum 3 years working experience in similar capacity. Strong leadership, influencing and communication skills. Highly independent, adaptability to change and learning agility. Meticulous and able to multitask.
