Assistant Manager Digital Marketing

Assist in thedevelopment and implementation of digitally led marketing plans toachieve growth ambition for online customer acquisition of assignedportfolios/businesses.Work closely with theteam to support initiatives that drive new customer base throughfirst product onboarding of credit cards or personal financing -increase customer conversions and generating qualified digitalleads.Collaborate inefforts to grow downloads, usage, and awareness of the AEON Walletapp and other AEON Credit products andservices.Stay abreast with theknowledge of marketing trends, developments, and best practices touphold the brand's competitiveadvantage.Support effort togrow market segmentation & targeting for each assignedproductline/channels.  Familiarize with thetarget segments and opportunities within the existing customer baseto improve migration to digitalservices.Work hand-in hand inideating & implementing a cohesive digital marketingstrategy across all social media handles, ensuring alignment ofcommunications and messaging across all digitalplatforms.Assuring theeffectiveness of digital marketing initiatives through tracking andanalysis of campaign results with the aim to optimize and to scaleat large.Support the processof developing all credit card usage campaigncollaterals.Job Requirement Degree or othersuitable qualification, preferably inMarketing Minimum 5 years ofrelevant working experience in a digital marketing capacity,preferably within the financial or bankingindustry.Foundationally strongdigital marketing analytical skills including confidence withtraditionaltouchpoints.
