Job Overview: Support the General Manager, Group HR in managing and coordinating all aspects of the company's human resources and administrative functions.Manage and oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.Responsible for implementing and administering policies, procedures, and programs related to HR and administration.Key Responsibilities: Provide support to the General Manager, Group HR in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.Manage of HR administration functions which include payroll, manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefit, employee training and development, general administrative works, employee relations and grievances.To attend all interview scheduled.Manage new employee orientation & induction.Handle employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.Manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and retirement plans.To check monthly payroll report and monthly claims.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.Develop and conduct training programs for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.Oversee daily office operations, including managing administrative staff, ensuring office supplies are stocked, and maintaining office equipment.Manage and maintain accurate employee records and files.Ensure confidentiality of all HR and administrative matters.Coordinate and manage special projects and events as assigned by the General Manager, Group HR.Undertake any tasks, as and when assigned by the ManagementJob Requirements: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in HR and administrative management in Hotel industry.Strong knowledge of regulations related to HR and employment laws.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
