Job Responsibility:-Work closely with Marketing Manager to execute brand marketing activities for the assigned portfolio or businesses to achieve growth opportunities, market share and profit objectives in line with the overall commercial priorities. -Work closely with agencies to execute cohesive advertising campaigns and tactical promotions within assigned portfolios to drive downloads, usage and awareness of AEON Wallet app and other AEON Credit products.-Implement consistent digital advertisements for credit cards or personal financing to increase customer conversions and generate qualified digital leads. -Analyze the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives through tracking and analysis to optimize and scale at large. -Develop marketing and sales aid/promotional materials to establish product messaging as well as to effectively promote new campaign initiatives. -Assist in brand advocacy and enhance total brand visibility and awareness in the market. -Working in partnership with creative and media agencies, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives and ensure prompt end-to-end execution for all advertising and public-¬facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets. -Ensure full compliance with procurement processes, campaign fulfilment requirements, campaign expense controls, and brand, regulatory and statutory guidelines on advertisement and promotional materials. -Keep abreast with consumer trends and marketing best practices and maintain a deep understanding of the demographics, psychologies, and behavioural drivers of AEON Credit's customers through regular comparative reporting, market research and data analysis of internal customer data set. Requirements-Degree or other suitable qualification, preferably in Business Management/Marketing. -Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in marketing, preferably within the financial or banking industry. -Possesses Marketing and Branding knowledge, excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.-Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis with the ability to interpret and translate online and offline customer behaviours into strategic activities. -Experience in branding and communication is a bonus
