This position will be overseeing the Bonia Licensed Brands; Valentino Rudy, Renoma and Santa Barbara Polo & Racquet Club
Job Description 1. Achieved company financial year sales forecast. - Conduct sales and operations meeting with Executive, Supervisor, and office backend support to review and discuss with them the sales target, products information, and brand info.
- Monitor the counters and boutiques stocks inventory to ensure all are in sufficient stocks.
2. Operations – Front liners / Office staffs. - To convey management message to them and vice-versa.
- To motivate and provide training to them on service skills, ensure proper appearance with correct manner and attitude.
- To identifying the development needs of staffs and coaching, mentoring, or helping them to improve their knowledge or skill.
3. Promotion activities. - To work closely with departmental store or mall marketing team to secure an additional space for promotion such as fair or POP UP.
- To propose, plan and participation in promotion activities.
- To work closely with A&P colleagues to create an attractive artwork to enhance consumer awareness on our products and brands.
4. Departmental store and shopping mall – Buyer / operation team / leasing. - To build good rapport with relevant personnel and work closely with them on counters or boutiques development plan.
- Meet up with the relevant personnel on sales review, margin, or rental revision and to find out the circumstance of our competitors.
- To follow up with dept store and mall on new opening and renovation issue.
5. Expenses control - To monitor and set the duty roster guideline to ensure the staffs wage are under control (Overtime claim, part timer hour's claim).
- Search and compare the price such as stationary or any relevant tools use in office and counters or boutiques.
- To go through and negotiate the quotation with contractor and supplier to get the justify price.
Requirements - Minimum 5 years working experience in related field.
- Have good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion.
- Have an experience with MS Excel required, familiarity with CSV files.
