Assistant Manager - Sustainability

Job Description: Lead investigation into and respond to stakeholder enquiries on sustainability issues/grievances Lead supplier engagement on sustainability issues handling Manage satellite monitoring processes and service providersUpdate, manage and maintain issues handling log and proceduresAct as stakeholders issues (grievances) focal point across all refineriesDesign, develop and execute proactive strategies to improve supplier sustainability performance (capacity building etc) Lead awareness raising sessions for internal capacity building on deforestation and other environmental related issuesPilot digital innovation strategies (online dashboards etc) to better manage and report on stakeholder issues Support Head of Sustainable Agriculture with reporting requests and other adhoc projectsQualification requirements: Minimum Bachelor degree/ Masters preferred  in environmental studies/ international relations/international development/anthropology. 3- 7 years relevant experience, ideally a mix of non-profit and business relevant experience.Applicant will be based in our office located in Jalan Pinang, Kuala Lumpur.
