Position Purpose: As an Assistant Manager for Talent Management, you will play a crucial role in developing, engaging and retaining talent through learning & development programs, talent groups management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
You will collaborate with the leadership team, talent business partners (HRBP), and other stakeholders to strengthen the talent pipeline and foster a positive and engaging work environment.
Principal Accountabilities: Talent Management and Succession Planning: Enhance and implement a comprehensive talent management framework encompassing talent identification, evaluation, development, and retention strategies.
Work closely with managers to identify high-potential employees and support their career development through targeted development plans.
Collaborate with the leadership team and Talent & Excitement business partners to strengthen succession planning processes and ensure a robust talent pipeline.
Learning & Development Strategy: Design and implement learning roadmaps for employee development across talent groups.
Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to identify learning needs, curate development courses, and ensure the delivery of impactful development programs, focusing on talent groups.
Talent Data Management and Reporting: Maintain and update the central talent database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date talent information.
Generate regular reports and metrics related to talent management and learning and development initiatives.
Analyse talent data and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in talent management practices.
Employee Engagement: Execute the Employee Engagement Survey and prepare reports for the respective functions and markets.
Engage stakeholders, plan and conduct focus group discussions as necessary.
Develop actionable recommendations to address areas of improvement.
Track action plans across functions and markets.
Stakeholder Engagement: Support and collaborate with leaders and talent business partners to align talent management initiatives with business strategy.
Provide support to managers and employees in talent development, career planning, and performance management.
Foster a culture of talent development and continuous learning within the organization.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of working experience in Talent Management and Learning & Development.
Good knowledge of training program design and delivery methodologies.
Strong interpersonal and consultative skills with the ability to work with employees at all levels.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good in data analysis and deriving actionable insights from complex datasets.
