Role Profile: Reporting to the Regional Lead, Total Rewards, the Assistant Manager, Total Rewards, will support the review and analyses of LUXASIA's market position to ensure competitiveness; handles regional Compensation & Benefits related projects as and when required, through partnering with the respective local Talent & Excitement (aka HR) Leads.
Responsibilities: Work closely with the partners in Talent Acquisitions, Business Partners and local Talent & Excitement, to ensure Total Rewards policies, practices and philosophies are in line and are in compliant with legal and statutory regulations Where necessary, support in the on boarding and influencing the mindshare of the local leaders and employees on the benefits and the rationale to support regional programs and initiatives Responsible to ensure timely participation of market salary surveys and monitor reviews of compensation and benefits packages to maintain market competitiveness Support in the implementation and communication of STI & LTI programs, annual salary review process across the region Supports all Total Rewards related projects, as and when required   Requirements Knowledge & Skills: Strong knowledge and hands on experience in Total Rewards processes and competent excel user Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous High energy and superb follow-through Strong organization skills and consulting skills Excellent communication skills with strong business acumen Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years' experience in related field or industry Independent, proactive, and highly resourceful in problem solving Able to work in a fast-paced environment in a hyper growth industry Able to collaborate well with team members within Talent & Excitement Group and cross functionally Do you have what it takes to succeed in a fast-paced and intense environment?
