Assistant Planner

Job Description:
Conduct feasibility studies for new projects.
Coordinate with consultants, marketing, and management to comply with authority/development guidelines.
Lead KM Submissions towards approval.
Assist in-house engineers to obtain cost-efficient infra design from consultants.
Perform ad hoc tasks as instructed by immediate superior or management.
Support other members of the product team to achieve target dates.
Deal with utility requirements requested by potential investors.
Location:OIB HQ Office, Sungai Petani.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Town Planning or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Compulsory English Proficiency.
Strong ability to interpret drawings and details.
Excellent with AutoCad & Excel.
Strong communication skills & interpersonal abilities, including negotiation skills.
Able to work independently and under tight deadlines.
Having notable experience with industrial projects (bonus).
Applicant must be willing to work inSungai Petani, Kedahand occasionally need to travel to Jitra/Alor Setar.
