This role exists to drive StashAway's product success, specifically by growing Assets Under Management (AUM) and increasing portfolio adoption rates for yield-based products. As the Assistant Product Marketing Manager for Yield-based Products, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective product marketing strategies that resonate with both new and existing customers. Your work will ensure that StashAway's yield-based offerings, including the Cash Management products (Simple suite, USD Cash Yield), Income Investing, and Private Credit, are well-positioned in the market and attract the right customer segments.
In this role, you will act as a vital link between investment product development and the brand marketing and online marketing teams. You will identify opportunities for clear and compelling product value propositions and messaging that align with business goals, customer needs, and external factors like market conditions and competition. Your insights will drive marketing efforts that optimise the entire product experience, helping to acquire and retain customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities Develop and refine marketing positioning and messaging for yield-based products, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and market trends. Continuously assess and enhance the end-to-end product journey, from initial awareness to post-investment engagement, to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction. Lead communication efforts and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely updates and maintenance of yield-based products. Plan, execute, and project manage strategic product marketing initiatives to achieve product-specific AUM targets and adoption goals. Monitor and analyse product performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimise results. Conduct thorough market research, including competitor analysis and customer insights, to inform and adjust product positioning and marketing strategies. Work closely with product, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive product insights gathering and alignment on product positioning and marketing strategies. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, ideally within the financial services or fintech industry. Strong understanding of investment products, financial markets, and industry trends, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into customer-friendly messaging. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external. Strong project management capabilities, with a focus on delivering timely and high-quality results while adhering to compliance standards. Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to marketing investment products, ensuring all marketing activities meet legal and compliance standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive marketing communications and short-form copy. Analytical mindset with a proven ability to leverage data and insights to drive marketing decisions and optimise performance.
