Assistant Production Manager

Job Responsibilities: Assisting the Production Manager in planning, managing and executing production operations.
Coordinate and plan production priorities, workflow and schedule.
Identify and report operational and maintenance problems to prevent production delays.
Suggest process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
Work with the production team to implement and enforce company policies and safety standards.
Maintain documentation and prepare detailed reports on production operations and status.
Manage production budgets and maintain cost control while ensuring the production of high-quality products.
Help to train, supervise and motivate employees and manage schedules to meet production goals.
Liaise with other departments such as material & logistic, quality control and sales to ensure products meet specifications and deadlines.
Job Requirements: Bachelors Degree and above in Engineering or relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years and above of experience as Assistant Production Manager, or 5 years and above in management position, or relevant.
Experience in PCB industry , PCB background is preferred.
Proficiency of Mandarin is required, communicate with Mandarin speakers.
