Description Primary Objective: Solicit and promote sales of Personal Financing (PF) product to achieve business KPIsDeliver superior customer experience.Assist Sales Manager in guiding Sales Consultant on credit related matterAssist Sales Manager in follow up issues post approvalKey Responsibilities: SalesSolici and promote sales of PF productsAchieve inidividual sales targets and contribute towards to achievement of Group targetsPrepare and pro-actively execute sales plans for prospective customers, using internal marketing as well as self-generated leadsCross selling of other retail banking such as ASB, PF-i, Credit Cards and etc.Customer ServiceEnsure high standard of customer experience in line with the quality and standards set by the BankComplianceEnsure compliance to the policies and procedures set by the BankProtect the image and brand of the BankOperationsEnsure that the physical sales centre or sales hub is well maintained in line with the quality and standards set by the Bank.
Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Any field.
