Strategic Planning Support Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather data to inform strategic decisions.Strategy Development: Collaborate with the CEO to develop business strategies, goals, and objectives.Performance Monitoring: Track the implementation of strategic plans and prepare reports on progress and outcomes. Liaison Between CEO and Departments Communication Facilitation: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and department heads, ensuring clear and timely information flow.Meeting Coordination: Organize and attend meetings with department leaders, document discussions, and follow up on action items.Issue Resolution: Assist in addressing interdepartmental challenges by coordinating with relevant parties to find solutions. Business Expansion Activities Opportunity Identification: Identify new markets, products, or services that align with the company's growth objectives.Partnership Development: Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.Proposal and Presentation Preparation: Help prepare business proposals, pitches, and presentations for prospective opportunities. Representation Duties Acting on Behalf of the CEO: Represent the CEO in meetings, events, or negotiations when they are unavailable.Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with investors, clients, and other external parties to convey the company's vision and objectives.Public Relations Support: Assist in managing the company's public image and handling communications with the media. Project Management Initiative Oversight: Lead or coordinate special projects initiated by the CEO to ensure they align with strategic goals.Timeline and Resource Management: Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to facilitate project execution and resolve any obstacles. Administrative Support Schedule Management: Organize the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel plans.Documentation: Prepare reports, briefs, presentations, and other documentation required by the CEO.Confidentiality Maintenance: Handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and ensure data security.
