Assistant To Manager / Director (Penang)

1. Checking WeChat message daily.2. Monitoring and checking attendance & progress of operation of the branch.4. Assisting AM to follow up progress of aim in a month from DM daily. (daily report, weekly report& monthly report.)5. Assisting AM to prepare summary of data in every meeting and report include presentation slide.6. Reminding AM to attend every meeting, scheduling the time table to visit branch.7. Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point to handle the documentation daily.8. Knowing & learning in MS system, FBI system, Web root system, Fine FBI system & Staff UI.9. Follow up link Feishu : Lazada, TT, suspended parcel lost & damage, warning letter, pickup, low POD branch & courier, outsource etc:10. Reporting directly to AM any issue & problem of management & operation.11. Translating from **Bahasa Melayu** & **English** language to **Chinese** language in every meeting and reporting the message from management site to AM in wechat.12. Accompanying AM to visit every branch either from our own district or branch which out of our district.**Salary**: RM3,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
