Job Description Our client is one of the leading gloves manufacturing companies in Southeast Asia and currently on the hunt for a highly experienced sales talent to further grow the business globally.  Job Responsibilities: Driving market penetration in assigned geographies and end-market segments, with emphasis on new customer acquisition and increasing Share-of-wallet. Develop and execute Sales Plan in line with regional strategy and goals - by key Customer Account, Geography, Product, etc. Monitor monthly progress and adjust plans, as necessary. Gain a deep understanding of customer's business (strategy, market position, goals, etc.) and curate Product and Service offering to win new business. Solidify business relationship with top customers in the assigned Region. Create loyalty programs to create customer "stickiness." Ensure that we deliver "Exceptional Customer Experience" by working across several functional areas (Production Planning, Customer Care, Logistics, Quality, etc.). Monitor KPIs and share company performance against SLAs / Targets with external stakeholders. RequirementsIdeal Candidate: Should currently be working in a senior Sales role, with responsibility of developing international sales and focusing on customer experience. Should have extensive experience winning and developing business Possess hands-on experience of directly targeting multi-million-dollar B2B opportunities that entails long- coordinated sales process and extended negotiations. The candidate should be confident handling large accounts in a Relationship role and bring to bear a significant strategic perspective on how to build, grow and deepen customer relationships. Ability to communicate effectively and present to the C-Suite / Top levels of the organization. Strong command over oral and written English with highly developed presentation skills. Has strong interpersonal skills and builds deep-lasting relationships with customers/partners. A sales expert with more than 10 years of B2B sales experience, and at least 5 years sales experience in handling regional or global customers Experience in medical space such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or chemicals, would be preferred. Highly numerate with Honours Degree in Science / Engineering. Candidates with tertiary education, or direct work experience working in Japan or Europe would be well suited.
