Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services. Assist in conducting client interviews, workshops, and meetings to gather information and understand client needs.Research and Analysis: Support qualitative and quantitative market research, data collection, and analysis to support consulting projects. Synthesize findings into actionable insights. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the consulting practice. Basically, be a data ninja that can dive into data like a pro. Crunch number and turn data into gold. Report Generation: Transform insights into presentations. Assist in the preparation of clear and concise reports and presentations (we call them decks) for clients, showcasing findings, recommendations, and implementation plans.
