Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Associate System Support Manager (SAP Consultant) to join our Shared Service Centre team. You will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing SAP systems across various companies within the Kao Group. The role involves managing SAP operations, customizing solutions, and providing ongoing support for system improvements.
You will work closely with internal teams and users across Southeast Asia to ensure optimal SAP system performance and align IT solutions with business goals.
Key Responsibilities: SAP Operations & Maintenance: Provide troubleshooting, user support, inquiries, and maintain educational materials related to SAP systems.System Rationalization: Work with users to leverage SAP capabilities for business needs.SAP Deployment: Oversee the introduction of SAP ECC or S/4 HANA, from analysis and consultation to implementation and business improvement.Customization & Enhancement: Lead system customization efforts, identifying key functional requirements and ensuring alignment with business strategies.Post-Deployment Support: Provide support for system updates, troubleshooting, and regular maintenance of SAP systems.Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.At least 3 years of experience working in SAP environments.Experience with SAP ECC migration to SAP HANA is an added advantage.Strong understanding of Financial Accounting processes (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Inter-Company Transactions).Knowledge of business processes related to accounting, sales logistics, purchasing, production, and inventory management.SAP Certification and experience in ABAP coding are advantageous.Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex management issues and provide rational, logical solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Willing to travel across the Asia-Pacific region as needed.Personal Attributes: Strong verbal and written English communication skills.A fast learner, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Flexible and willing to adapt to changing business needs.Why Join Us?
