Asst Manager, Factory Management

Position for MOI Global under care of Mewah Group MOI Global Business Services Sdn Bhd's  business includes Provision of Shared Services to Other Entities With the Group. 
Based UOA , Shah Alam, Selangor Job Description  Factory Operations Control 
Conduct regular operational review – to plan, organize and execute operational review to evaluate effectiveness of internal controls. Evaluate effectiveness of internal controls Identify operational risksAssess compliance with policies, SOP, and regulatory requirements  2. Identify potential operational risks and controls through on-site audit. 
Collaborate with the respective Plantation/ Mill/ Refinery Factory manager to develop risk mitigation strategies and provide recommendations for improvements. Assess efficiency and effectiveness of operational process with the objective to enhance productivity and reduce costs.  Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field.Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently for work-related engagements.Strong passion for problem-solving with a rational and analytical mindset.
