Minimum 4 years digital marketing experience in a retail and ecommerce environment Strong understanding of online content, conversion optimization, social media and performance/digital marketing Expert in paid media platforms and understanding of media planning and buying process Experienced in optimising Performance Marketing strategies and campaigns across Search, Affliate, Retargeting, Paid Social, SEO and Programmatic channels Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising platforms Strong experience in Paid Search and managing agencies An understanding and hands on experience in running CRM and loyalty campaigns is an added advantage Analytical and high proficiency in Excel Acquiring customers through paid and sub-organic activaties- Develop and implement performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including search, display and social media- Monitor and analyze performance data to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and revenue growth- Work closely with Marketing team and agencies in implementing SEO, developing consumer acquisition strategies and lead all paid channels activation from ideation to exécution- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth- Forecast, manage and optimize paid ads budget to ensure best return on ad spend- Ensure Paid social and Display advertising are integrated with all marketing channels to maximize performance- Conduct post mortems with all marketing & sales channels to continually optimise performance- Communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders and leadership teams Acquiring customers and revenues through partnership engagements- Work with Marketing, Retail and Ecommerce teams to establish and grow our network of partnerships to acquire sustainable traffic and data with lowest investment- Partnership management with Super Apps, Banks, Consumer Brands, Affiliate Networks, VIP Sales (Close door) and/or Corporate Sales (online)- Supporting company's needs to drive CRM activities with the aim to Leverage existing platforms and build new digital initiatives to engage, retain and grow loyal customers database
