**Job Responsibilities:- **- Assists in daily findings data entry and keep records up to date.- Obtain, analyze and evaluate all necessary internal and operational documentation, reports, data, flowcharts, etc.- Assist in report enhancement and assessment program.- Perform general office maintenance, document filing, preparing and dispatch.- Carry out range of administrative duties, as assigned by superior or Manager from time to time..**Job Requirement:- **- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline- **Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.**:- Good analytical and presentation skills- Proficiency in MS Office is essential.- Preferably someone with good report-writing skills- Must be able to work with mínimal supervision.- Working Conditions: The Audit Assistant shall be based in our HQ main office, however, will be required to be work in distant locations on a regular basis (i.e travelling to oil palm plantation estates)- Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
