Automation Designer

Responsibilities:
Responsible for product design using CAD software designing tool, especially SolidWorks.
Translate customer's requirements into design specifications, evaluate design feasibility, and provide technical expertise to meet customer's requirements.
Involved in customer-based projects, prepare machine and module design, costing, and proposals to meet customer's requirements.
Select suitable mechanical parts, electrical parts, and fasteners for applications.
Prepare and release Bill of Materials (BOM).
Collaborate with production on machine modifications.
Module alignment and tuning.
Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
Requirements:
Knowledge in SolidWorks.
Knowledge in material selection for machining parts and components.
Understanding and application of GD&T.
Able to work independently.
Minimum a diploma in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering.#J-18808-Ljbffr
