Jin Xing Car Aircond Supply is seeking a highly skilledAutomotive Mechanic/Automotive Aircond Mechanicto join our team in Kuching, Sarawak. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of various automotive systems, with a focus on air conditioning components. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our clients' vehicles are running smoothly and comfortably.
What you'll be doing
Diagnose and repair a variety of automotive issues, including mechanical,electrical, and air conditioning systems
Perform routine maintenance tasks such asoil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
Interpret technical manuals and schematics to identify and resolve complex problems
Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely completion of work
Maintain accurate records of all completed tasks and parts used
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations within the workshop
Ensure working area is clean and tidy
Work punctually
What we're looking for
Completed apprenticeship or formal training in automotive mechanics or air conditioning systems
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Automotive Mechanic or Automotive Aircond Mechanic
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
Good communication skills to liaise with customers and team members
Commitment to staying up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies
