Job Description: Assist Security Officer to Establish and maintain the Site Security Plan to identify the risks and the environment specific to the site and the means and controls to be put in place to appropriately address these. Ensuring that the security access to AMCS facilities (FHS/SBC/AMCS) / SAE is properly controlled and recorded.Assist and Implement and control Site Security Procedures in accordance with the Airbus security policies, directives and procedures issued, while complying with the national/state/city legal, regulatory and contractual obligations (including defense/national secrets act) and with those specific to the site. Ensuring that the lightings, DB's, CCTV, Server rooms, HVAC system and Security Screening equipments is always being observed and are checked while on clocking routine.Assist the Security Officer to Manage internal security workforce and/or security services contractors as well as security equipment to ensure the adequate level of security of the premises and ensure a high level of reliability of site security systems and equipment.Define, establish and follow the in-house contract for security service services and be able to perform cross audits when needed.Assist to Definite, establish SOP and follow the contract for screening equipment such as X-ray, walkthrough metal detectors, handheld detectors, face recognition devices and others at the control post. Abide with the regulatory and upkeep the information and latest updates.Assist and attend to regulatory audits, refreshers courses from AVSEC, MAHB, CAAM and others Aviation regulatory bodies when needed.Provide support to the Security Officer, HOD of F&S where needed for escalations or crisis.Assist the Security Officer to Plan and manage the operation security budget at site level.Deploy at site level the Airbus security awareness messages to AMCS/SAE employeesAct as focal point for local state/county/city authorities concerning security matters such as Police, Auxiliary Airport Personals.Assist Security Officer to Cascade information and directives from and/or from the Airbus Malaysia ACR and GM and regional Security Head of Security.Act as a First Aider and a Fire Fighting certified personnel.Has attended basic aviation training (BASC), Screening Certification NCASTP and is able to develop the
SOP based on the NCASTP requirements. Conduct refresher course and daily test on OTP/STP devices.Able to work on shifts when required.To perform other duties relevant to the position as assigned.Upkeep and live Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct to be exemplary to others and to promote and increase the awareness of Airbus Values, Leadership Models and Code of Conduct.Carry out any other task as directed by the superior.
