Responsibilities:Delivers sales target for bancassurance products
Executes sales and services to customers in accordance with internal/external policies, guidelines and regulations
Builds and maintains business relationships with existing and new customers to ensure customer retention and cross-selling opportunities
Attends to customers' enquiries on branch products and services and feedback
Participates and organizes initiatives and drives to promote Life Insurance Products distributed by the Bank
Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
At least 1-2 years of sales experience in Financial Institutions
A person who enjoys meeting people and loves engaging in conversations
Good team player, self-motivated and able to work independently
Willing to go the extra mile to achieve personal goals and aspirations
Candidate with PCEIA Life / CEILLI / TBE would be an added advantage.
