Bim Engineer

JOB SUMMARY
Support the Engineering team on one or more projects using their expertise in Building Information Modeling, where they are responsible for:
The ability to work in a variety of construction fields, i.e., road, highway, and building.
Manage and coordinate project deliveries/delegated tasks with the project team.
Perform to achieve project deliverables.
Learn and demonstrate proficiency in software related to BIM.
Learn and demonstrate proficiency in construction trade knowledge (MEPF & Coordination).
Strive to build strong network connections with project customers.
Work with our clients during the pre-construction phase to build the 3D models, 2D Shop Drawings, As-Built, and Submittal drawings.
Research modeling techniques or methods to streamline the modeling process.
Assist the BIM Coordinator in developing BIM Procedure for company guidelines for overall projects.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in any Engineering background.
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of working experience.
- A Mandarin speaker would be an added advantage.
