Become a member of the Johnson Controls family and thrive in an empowering company culture where your voice and ideas will be heard – your next great opportunity is just a few clicks away!What you will do:The main responsibilities of a BIM modeler include creating and maintaining 3D models using BIM software, collaborating with architects, engineers, and other members of the design and construction team, ensuring the models are accurate and meet project requirements, and using the models to identify and resolve conflicts or issues during the design phase.How you will do it:Responsible for leading a team of BIM personnel consisting of BIM Modellers and Coordinators to prepare BIM Execution Plan or VDC Execution Plan for the project.Perform design and prepare engineering drawings (3D) and documentation as per customer's/project requirement.A BIM modeler must have excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.Participate in the regular meeting of the project, allocate, arrange and complete the relevant work on time according to the meeting requirements and report daily or weekly progress at site.Familiar and able to design Fire Alarm System, HSSD System and Fire Protection System.Proper Filling of Drawings into Project Folder upon the successful completion of project.What we look for:Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/ Electronic Engineering in mechanical engineering or equivalent (Fire Detection, ELV etc.
).Willing to learn Fire Detection, Protection & Suppression systems.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit 3D, and Naviswork Software.Resourceful, results-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen.Able to work independently and deliver results for multiple projects under tight deadlines.Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.Strong team player and ability to multi-task.Willingness to work long working hour to meet the project deadline.
