ResponsibilitiesSUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:The primary responsibility of an Assembly Technical (Electro Mechanical Assembler) is to build sub-assemblies that will be then integrated into complete systems. This position requires reading detailed drawings and work instructions to successfully complete these assemblies. The ability to work well as part of a coordinated team is also a requirement.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Build precision electro mechanical assemblies to print.
Participate in improvement projects.
Engage in other product or process related projects.
QualificationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Precision soldering skills, preferably with IPC certification.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word.
Critical attention to minute details.
Punctual and reliable.
Mechanically inclined.
Good communication skills, both verbally and written.
Good eyesight and exceptional hand dexterity for small parts assembly.
Ability to lift 50 pounds (~22kg) from floor to hip height.
Alert to the environment to avoid hazards in the workplace.
Orderly, keeping work environment clean and organized.
EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of 3 years of experience building high level electro mechanical assemblies. Minimum Diploma/Degree in Engineering; Mechatronic or Electromechanical preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
