Branch Manager

**Job Brief**:**Responsibilities**:- Manage overall branch activities including operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales & marketing.- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans- Responsible for providing leadership to the operations and administration of the branch- Work with and develop the current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business- To maintain high level of service quality and cultivate relationships with customers- Develop client relationship that will improve client satisfaction and improve client retention rates through consistent client engagement- Bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation- Work closely with operations team to ensure successful project delivery, service level agreements and maintenance support.- Ensure project team complete tasks within the timeframe and meet the client requirements.- Adhere to high ethical standards- Comply with all regulations/applicable laws- Meet goals and KPI's- Monitoring of aging report and debt collection.**Requirements**:- Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Logistics / Business Studies / Management / Economics / Marketing or equivalent.- **Minimum 8 years**' **working experience in Managerial position and LOGISTICS/FORWARDING/SHIPPING INDUSTRY**:- Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations- Possess strong planning, management, analytical skill and business acumen.- Good time-management skills.- Great interpersonal and communication skills- Have great people skills, with experience and extensive knowledge in sales and marketing and management in related industry.- Proven leadership skills.- Ability to meet sales targets and production business goals- Impact on the company's success- Team player**Job Types**: Permanent, ContractContract length: 36 months**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Health insurance- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Deadline: 04/30/2024
