Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry of car rental & inbound travel (Northern Region researching and analyzing sales options.- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service- Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition- Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities- Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions- To achieve monthly or annual targets by keeping track of sales targets, organizing sales visits.- Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed- Ensure all the branches staffs is following SOP and all the documents is upload to system and filling accordingly.- Ensure All the branches billing & payment collection is by deadline given.- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptlyRequirement:- Diploma or Degree or equivalent education- Ability to develop strong customer relationships and convert opportunities to sales- At least 5 years work experience in Manager Sales, Sales or Customer Account Management roles.- Willing work at Bayan Lepas, Penang**Salary**: From RM4,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Manager Sales: 7 years (required)Willingness to travel:- 75% (required)Application Deadline: 07/30/2023
