Brand Executive

Job Responsibilities To assist in the development and execution of brand strategies that align with overall business objectives and enhance brand positioning in the market.To conduct market analysis and consumer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the FMCG sector.To assist in planning and implementing innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising.To work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and supply chain, to ensure alignment on brand objectives and product launches.To monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate results and recommendations.To assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum impact.To foster strong relationships with consumers through engagement initiatives, feedback collection, and community involvement.Job Requirements The candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.Good understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior.Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Creative mindset with good project management skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
