Negotiate agreements and manage relationships with partners to maximize mutual benefits.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns. Develop reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning. Provide guidance and support to help team members grow and excel in their roles.Job Requirements Candidates must possess at least a Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or its equivalent. At least five (5) years of working experience in similar roles and FMCG industry.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of management.
