We're a unique, trendy FandB on the lookout for an experienced Brand and Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and bring our brand vision to life.
About Us
Oranje Tulip is more than just a cookie shop - we're a unique Dutch stroopwafel specialty brand. Our mission is to serve the most delicious stroopwafels (and more) and spread the love of Dutch treats within Malaysia. Newly launched in 2024, we're now looking for someone who can help us expand our reach, deepen our connection with customers, and keep us at the forefront of the FandB scene.
Position Overview
As our Brand and Marketing Manager, you'll take full ownership of all things marketing, from social media strategy to seasonal campaigns, analytics, and creative ideation. You'll be our brand's voice and champion, crafting marketing campaigns that resonate with our customers and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:


-Marketing Strategy and Planning:


-Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to increase brand awareness and engagement.


-Own the annual and seasonal marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns align with key holidays, product launches, and business goals.


-Innovate with fresh ideas for promotions, partnerships, and in-store events to keep customers engaged.


-Plan and coordinate photography and video shoots.
 


-Social Media and Content Creation:


-Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and others) with on-trend, engaging content.


-Create or oversee the production of visual content (photos, graphics, videos) that aligns with our brand aesthetic.


-Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across all digital platforms.


-Collaborate with other content creators or KOLs to create impactful content for our brand.
 


-Analytics and Reporting:


-Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (social media insights, website traffic, sales conversions) to measure campaign success.


-Use analytics to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights.


-Provide regular performance updates and actionable insights to leadership.
 


-Creative Direction and Campaign Development:


-Lead the ideation and execution of creative campaigns that reflect our brand's personality and resonate with our target audience.


-Brainstorm new ways to elevate the brand and introduce product launches, collaborations, and promotions.


-Coordinate marketing activities (in-store events, collaborations, partnerships).


-Design simple, compelling creatives (using tools like Canva or Adobe) or work with freelance designers for more complex projects.
 


-Customer Engagement and Brand Experience:


-Champion our brand voice, ensuring consistency in all customer-facing content and communications.


-Engage with our community, responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely, on-brand manner.


-Foster strong customer relationships and build brand loyalty through meaningful interactions.

; Requirements:- Qualifications: 


-Experience: 3+ years in brand or marketing management, ideally within the FandB space.


-Social Media Savvy: Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social media trends.


-Analytical Skills: Proficient in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social platform insights etc.) with a proven ability to turn data into actionable insights.


-Creative Eye: Experience creating visually engaging content with a good sense of aesthetics. Skills in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva are a plus.


-Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and timelines simultaneously.


-Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with an ability to connect with our audience in an authentic, relatable way.
