Business Advisor (Sme)

**Position : Business Advisor (SME) - Sungai Petani, Kedah ( GLC COMPANY)****Location : Sungai Petani****Working Days**: 5 days per week (Sunday- Thursday / 8.30am - 5.30pm)**Intake **:Immediately**Salary **:RM1,500 + Allowance + Commission (Up to RM3,000)**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**2. To monitor & track order status until complete.3. To deliver and managing SME sales target as per assigned by the company.4. To assist Outlet Manager/Business Development Manager in strategies & plan for improvement of Sales5. To implement & comply to P&P and SOP in order to improve customer experience and achieve the target.6. To assist Outlet Manager/Business Development Manager to achieve KPI & Performance specifically in Sales Target7. To work closely with Internal or external parties to materialise Sales8. To support new initiatives initiate by Outlet Manager/Business Development Manager, State Head or Headquarter.9. To manage customer experience execution (SPP etc)10. Able to understand and analyst SME customers needs. Instantly do first review assessment and then to provide quick solution and good product offering11. Excellent in handling customer especially business owner12. Creating program and activities to entice SME customers at the SME corner.13. Ensuring customer rating is within the standard especially on customer experience ie: waiting and serving time.14. To participate in outlet's and state objective towards SME sales achievement.15. Compliance with corporate policies and procedures.16. Proactively attend / act on SME related matters17. To ensure the partners involve in SME corner will be able to leverage products and services.**Requirement**:- No work experience required.- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.- Training will be provided.- Malaysia citizens only.
