Job Description
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Prepare & analyse:Plant P&L, Sales Forecast vs Actual
- Monthly P&L Analysis
- Actual PBT performance by our manufacturing plant, Customers & SKUs vs Planned.
- Actual Gross Sales Value, Rebates & Net Sales Value by Customer by SKU vs Planned
- Evaluating sales performance & trend analysis
Profit Forecast Projection vs Budget
- Monthly, 12 months rolling forecast update
Flour (M) Supply Chain
- Preparing data anlaysis, communicates across departments in reporting i.e. market research and competitive analysis
- Collects, documents and improve existing processes in looking at the business sales process and provide right information and assist in predictions about the market, rebates nd pricing optimization.
Flour Cost
- Coordinate with various stakeholders in optimizing the least cost possible
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure customer price quotation are optimized and on time
- Coordinate with various stakeholder to provide wheat procurement plan
- Cost variances analysis by each variable
Budgetary
- Preparation and consolidating of various departmental template
- Prepare and analysis detail P&L by cusotmer by SKU
Qualifications
JOB PURPOSE
- To support Flour (M) Finance team and Head of Company in evaluations, analysis and presentation of reports for Company to remain competitive and relevant from Supply Chain-commercial aspect.
REQUIREMENT
- Min 4 years in analysis role/ position.
- Expertise in utilising Microsoft Excel.
- Travelling outstation
