Business Analyst (Futures/Derivatives Operations)

Business Analyst (Futures/Derivatives Operations)- Provide back office system support to customers.
- Communicate with customer's back office/operations counterparts (Derivatives Traders/Futures Brokers/Investment Banks/FCM).
- Address back office related issues and provide solutions.
- Build and maintain a relationship with our corporate customers/stakeholders in a professional manner with an objective to fulfill their needs.
- Respond to incoming customer requests quickly, proficiently, and professionally while meeting specific quality expectations.
- Collaborate with the Product managers to meet customer's requirements.
- Identify more complex issues and escalate to relevant teams for resolution.
- Communicate and work closely with key business stakeholders on systems and process improvements.
- Participate in the implementation process with the Product Managers, Sales Director, and Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business, Finance, Investment, Banking or equivalent.
- Preferably experienced in futures/equities industry.
- Well versed in CME, ICE, HKEX, SGX, BMD and TFEX futures operations.
- Experienced in equities/futures/derivatives operations (settlement, compliance, reporting, credit control and reconciliation) would beadded advantages .
- Minimum 2 years working experience in relevant industry.
- Fluent in English (in both written and spoken).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently, detail-oriented.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn, along with quality team lead role.
- Able to work on shift (Early morning 6AM - 3PM and normal shift 9AM - 6PM).#J-18808-Ljbffr
