Position:Business Analyst II (CX)supports the operations they are aligned with by providing reporting, interpretation and data-based recommendations to business leaders. They are responsible for driving efforts to continuously improve the end-to-end experiences of Zebra's customers, including digital customer experiences. This includes, but is not limited to, customer and partner experience measurement and analyses, engaging in efforts to revise processes, tools, policies and business data.
Responsibilities:Working directly with business stakeholders, designs a limited variety of moderately complex reports using data from one or multiple systems to specifications (including SFDC, Qualtrics, PBI, ZDL). Delivers report in format to aid business stakeholder interpretation (pivot tables, graphs, etc).
Reviews existing reports for data accuracy. Proposes resolutions for quality issues of limited scope to and escalates complex quality issues to supervisor or senior staff for resolution.
Uses data methodologies and business acumen to generate recommendations to moderately complex problems to review with CX Leadership/ IT business partners.
Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences.
May be responsible for data governance processes and quality in assigned area of responsibility, serves as system administrator for Qualtrics.
Enables execution of surveys (e.g. NPS, CSAT, CES) to be used in measuring and monitoring customer experience; including distribution list development, translations, and QA testing.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree
2-5 years experience
Can synthesize complex data into themes, stories and recommendations
Intermediate systems knowledge in assigned functional area
Microsoft Excel - intermediate skills
Can present data in a visually compelling format to help business stakeholders understand the issues, possibilities and recommendations
Microsoft PowerPoint - intermediate
Presentation skills - intermediate skills required. Some formal training in public speaking/presentation skills preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
