Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Conduct requirement gathering with business users to obtain a good understanding of their needs, translate the requirements into clear functional specifications.
Design business processes and leverage knowledge of payment systems.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to propose solutions that can effectively address customer business needs.
Collaborate with product owners and the development team to ensure the smooth and efficient implementation of functional specifications.
Develop and execute test plans and prepare test reports.
Assist in end-to-end requirements traceability from design to delivery.
Prepare and conduct end-user training programs.
Create and maintain internal documentation or reference materials on company shared space for team usage.
Assist in the creation of presales or client presentation materials.
What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree in business/finance or IT related fields.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in financial/IT industry.
Excellent knowledge of payment systems and familiarity with credit card business processes or core banking systems.
Proficiency in using software tools for data analysis, project management, and collaboration (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence).
Experience with business process modeling, data analysis, and requirements gathering.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Interest in payment business, payment technology, and software development as well as high levels of self-motivation.
Good English and Chinese reading/writing skills.
