Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and optimize business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure adoption.
Work with Quality Assurance teams to develop test plans and test cases based on business requirements.
Participate in testing activities to validate solutions and ensure they meet business needs.
Job Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data modeling, and requirements elicitation.
Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA.
Professional in Business Analysis certification is desirable.
